My stay at the Grand Hotel & Suites was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic and it was quiet, clean, and comfortable, but I had some issues with service and room cleanliness that left me wanting more. I had a fantastic stay at Grand Hotel & Suites! The staff really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, especially during check-in when I was upgraded to a spacious two-bedroom loft suite.
